How can I turn on / off Frequent Locations?

Frequent Locations, Location-Based iAds, and Popular Near Me are all new battery draining features on iOS 7. You can disable all these by navigating to Settings > Privacy > Location Services. Just scroll down to uncheck the location-based features you don't want to use.
