TaiG 2.0 jailbreak tool for iOS 8.3 now available

TaiG v.2.0.0

The TaiG team has released a new jailbreak tool for iOS 8.3. TaiG version 2.0.0 was released several days before iOS 8.4 is set to launch on June 30. iPhone and iPad owners can download the jailbreak tool at taig.com/en/, but before you do please note that the Cydia Substrate is not compatible with iOS 8.3, and some users are having issues installing the jailbreak.

Users who download TaiG version 2.0 now, will need to wait for Jay Freeman (@saurik) to update Cydia before they're able to access new tweaks and apps. Freeman said it is a simple fix and it should be updated "soon".

Some iDownloadblog users are reporting issues while downloading the jailbreak tool. Users are getting stuck at the 20% progress mark when trying to download and install TaiG version 2.0 to their device. Some comments claim that downgrading to iTunes 12.0.1 (32-bit) will solve the problem.

Remember to backup your device before jailbreaking and that you're always jailbreaking at your own risk.

Update: TaiG v.2.0 is currently only available for Windows.
