Selecting text and changing the capitalization of individual letters can be a time consuming process. Even with a tweak such as SwipeSelection installed, there's just no easy way to change everything at once. ShiftCycle seeks to make this process easier, offering shift key shortcuts to quickly modify a block of text.
There are four cycle options, which can be individually toggled on or off.
1. Uppercase: QWERTYUIOP ASDFGHJKL
2. Lowercase: qwertyuiop asdfghjkl
3. Capitalized: Qwertyuiop Asdfghjkl
4. Concatenated: QwertyuiopAsdfghjkl
Once a block of text or several words are selected, tapping the shift key will cycle through the options above. Changing everything at once with one key is certainly easier than manually altering letters or retyping the entire thing from scratch. ShiftCycle even includes Bluetooth keyboard support, just tap the caps-lock key when text is selected on the paired iOS device.
