How can I switch my iPhone keyboard back to uppercase in iOS 9?

iOS 9 adds San Francisco typeface to the stock iPhone and iPad keyboards. This switches the uppercase letters on your keyboard to all lowercase. You can change the keyboard back to all uppercase by following these simple steps:

1. Open your Settings app
2. Navigate to General > Accessibility > Keyboard
3. Tap the "Show Lowercase Keys" slider so it is WHITE / OFF

Now your iPhone keyboard will look like it did before you downloaded iOS 9.
