You can open Hidden Route 10 and unlock Almi in Breezy Hills by entering fever time 3 times or more on Stage 118. You can easily do this by using Dracunyan, whose Soultimate move converts other Wib Wobs into himself, making it easier to link more Wib Wobs at once. Almi can be friended by stocking up on Blehgels (430y) in the Shop.
