Apple will begin accepting pre-orders for the iPhone 5c on Friday, September 13th for delivery on September 20. The iPhone 5c will be available in stores on September 20, 2013.
The iPhone 5c can be purchased with a two-year service contract and 16GB of storage for $99. A 32GB model is also available for $199. The phone ships with iOS 7.
The iPhone 5c comes in white, yellow, pink, green and blue.

Apple has spiced up its fatigued iPhone lineup with the colorful iPhone 5c, and a new line of colorful iPhone 5c cases. The iPhone 5c is less about being "low cost" like we were promised, and more about offering options to users who don't care about specs. Apple's iPhone 5c cases are available in all the same colors as the device itself (lime green, white, yellow, red and light blue) allowing you to match colors, or go with a secondary choice for a two tone look. You can use the official Apple iPhone 5c color selector to play around with different combinations.
The iPhone 5c cases are $29 each. Apple is also releasing a special iPhone 5c dock for $29. You can pre-order the iPhone 5c and its accessories on September 13th.

It looks like the rumor mill was correct in predicting that Apple would announce the iPhone 5c and iPhone 5s at its press event today in Cupertino, California. This is the first time Apple has announced two new iPhone models at the same time.
The iPhone 5s is the successor to the iPhone 5, while the iPhone 5c is a lower-cost plastic model for budget minded consumers. The iPhone 5c will be available in lime green, white, yellow, red and blue starting at $99 on contract for the 16GB model, and $199 for the 32GB model. It is powered by the same A6 processor as the iPhone 5, and features a 4-inch Retina display.

Unlike the iPhone 5S, little is known about the iPhone 5C. The mysterious iPhone made its first appearance in July, when the first leaked image of its packaging appeared on the the Chinese WeiPhone forum. The rumor mill instantly assumed this was Apple's long rumored "budget iPhone," but nothing has been officially confirmed. The iPhone 5C has made numerous appearances since its initial leak, and it seems almost set in stone that Apple will unveil the new handset on Tuesday, September 10th. Plastic Shell and Multiple Colors:
Various videos and images have revealed that the iPhone 5C will feature a plastic shell, and that it will be available in various colors. So far we have seen iPhone 5C parts in black, white, pink, yellow, blue and red.

Apple could be shaking up the entire iPhone lineup with the release of the iPhone 5S and iPhone 5C. A leaked screenshot from Canadian carrier Telus reveals that the mobile provider is planning to discontinue the 32GB and 64GB models of the iPhone 5 on September 28. That's only a few days after the rumored launch of next-generation iPhone and new low-cost iPhone. The 16GB iPhone 5 model will most likely replace the iPhone 4S as the $99 model in Apple's new lineup. While this is nothing new, it is the rumored iPhone 5C that is really throwing a wrench into Apple's future iPhone pricing plans.
In a typical Apple iPhone cycle, the iPhone 4S would normally slip into the Free slot of the upcoming lineup, but the iPhone 5C could be slated to take its place. If the rumors are true, this means we will be losing the iPhone 4 and 4S, instead of just the oldest model, and Apple could be planning to announce an all iPhone 5-branded lineup on September 10.
