http://www.boston.com/business/personaltech/articles/2007/06/22/canceling_iphone_service_early_will_cost_175/

The fact that AT&T is charging a $175 early termination fee to iPhone customers when they ARE NOT subsidizing the iPhone's price is a load of crap, in my opinion.

They're trying to justify it otherwise, but their reasons are bs.

I agree that this is kind of underhanded by AT&T.

According to their spokespeople, they are leaving the ETF on for iPhone customers because of the revenue they will lose by not selling OTA ringtones.

Whatever.

Not really .. Apple has no such policy when buying the phone, they're selling to anyone, so all the eBay assholes will just go there. Smiley

yes, but if you read AT&Ts contracts, if you cancel service in the first 30 days you have to give the equipment back

at&t yes, but APPLE is what Anders is talking about, meaning buying one from Apple stores would be without a contract, according to info "out there" right now.

Btw about your eBay sellers...they are already in action some even claiming "unlocked" fake or not? Time will show..

You don't need a contact of two years to get service, just like you can go in a buy any smartphone at full price and then sign up for a month-to-month service, in fact for legal reasons the carrier HAS to offer this!

Quite a few people care about eBay, not to mention the number of big countries now selling on eBay. eBay is not what it was a decade ago anymore. What about your bed??

Never too late to learn Smiley
There are plenty of misunderstandings if you say BED when you mean something else that might arise Smiley

I am not familiar with "grammer" myself either Smiley

As for grammar it really isn't a talent which is what forte means...

Sorry, I was unaware I was speaking to someone who really takes this stuff to heart.

And it was one keystroke, bed, where it should have been bet, ooh so hard to decode.

Also, I don't know what your problem is, I believe almost anywhere I've posted, you've had something to counter it.

Sorry, I was unaware I was speaking to someone who really takes this stuff to heart.

Without the benefit of facial expressions, tone of voice and other body language humans do when communicating in person the attention to detail is even more so important, if you start talking about BED here, it really can get misunderstood quite rapidly Smiley

And it was one keystroke, bed, where it should have been bet, ooh so hard to decode.

Yes I am naging, as it does get annoying at times when people don't turn attention to detail Smiley

Also, I don't know what your problem is, I believe almost anywhere I've posted, you've had something to counter it.

Sorry I am not counting anything. Smiley

If I know it is different then I say so (as you have already pointed out)
If I am wrong and what you say turns out to be, or is seeming to have some valid points I believe I have been quick to correct myself and/or acknowledge this, here are some examples:
