Is anyone concerned about privacy issues with the iphone?  If you remember, AT&T is the same company that worked secretly with the National Security Agency to spy on Americans without warrants or oversight.

There's a class action lawsuit out there, and the Senate just sent subpoenas to the Bush administration to investigate the issue.

I wish this topic was fiction.  Unlikely that anyone here is under direct surveillance.  It's the principle that matters.  I think it's likely that AT&T broke the law.

honestly unless you are doing something illegal, then why is it such a big deal, they are doing it for our security.
