I've been told I'm obsessed, but I do search the web daily about the iPhone. The other day I came across something on this site that was about hidden features of the iPhone...and frankly every one seemed plausible. The full article can be found here http://vim3.wordpress.com/2007/05/28/regards-to-iphonesteves-got-more-up-his-sleve/ . I would say it is reasonable because when you think about it, they did debut this thing 6 months before planned launch. If they actualy price is near what a video iPod is instead of $600, then why would people buy a video iPod within those months. Also, if the memory was near what the video iPod is instead of 8gigs, then why would they buy a video iPod in those months. By saying it is going to be expensive with limited memory, people were thinking, "Oh, I'll just buy this here video iPod because I can afford it and it has more memory," Keeping iPod sales strong prior to launch. If they confirm these rumors a few weeks before the launch, it will increase popularity of the phone, and definitly get the word out. I think there is a very good chance all this is true, I actually hope it is.

Timmy - I agree that there's plausability to each one of those rumors, and like you are hoping their true. I think the storage rumor clearly stands the best chance of being true.

The OTA download rumor seems the least likely to me, since Jobs has gone out of his way to downplay the need for such.

More storage would be huge.

I'd sell my iPod in a second for a 20GB iPhone. With only a 8GB max, I might hang onto it for long car trips or something like that.

If you've watched the new iPhone commercials carefully, one screenshot shows 12 icons on the homescreen, not the usual 11...I wonder what the mystery App. is

And now if you download the video, you cannot see the 12th icon setup anymore...

You think they released an updated version removing the other icon? You're sure you saw the other one?

Just watched it and I only see 11 icons.

None. AT&T isn't subsidizing the price of the iPhone in any way (at least not at this point).
