Common, this is self explanatory... if you're commuting and a road is backed up because of typical rush hour volume.. you might know it's going to be clear in 20-30 mins.
If there's been an accident, you know it's going to be HOURS and don't even think about it.
Exactly my point, *IF* you comute a route EVERY DAY you will KNOW where the "typical rush hour volume" backups are, I mean common let's not turn off our brains just because we have devices to help us!
Too many have done that already with using GPS devices and trusted the info more than their head, the web is so full of pics and videos of that!
