Download iPhone Video Converter from http://www.iphone-converter-soft.com.

1. Open a Video file

From the main toolbar, press the Open Video File button, or you may select File-> Open File from the main menu.

You will now be asked to provide the location of your Video files you wish to encode.

Press Open, when you are happy with your selection.

TIP: You can hold down the shift button whilst making your selection, to open multiple video files.

iPhone Video Converter will now populate the program window with the details of the video files you have chosen.
You should have something similar to the image shown below.

2. Configure Video and Settings
Select the Video and Audio Codec you wish to encode your video file with, by using the property settings pane on the right hand side
of the main program window, Or  you can choose one of the profiles, by selecting one from the Profile pulldown list.

3. Choose Where Your Video File Should Be Stored On Your Hard Drive.
Under the General Settings section in the property settings pane, you will see the Output Directory. This defaults to C:\
It is advisable to use Windows Explorer to create a new folder to store your video files in, for example C:\My Video Files
Once you have done this in Windows Explorer, click into the Output Directory setting and a button with 3 dots, should appear at the end of the field.

4. Change the Filename if required.
You may edit these names, simply by clicking the field and changing the name to something more meaningful, such as My Family Movie or whatever you seem appropiate.

5. Ready to Convert
OK, we are ready to go.

Press the Start Conversion button to begin the process -

The encoding process and will report the progress on the current process

You may abort the encoding process at any time, by pressing the Cancel button, this will stop the encoding process, but any files already encoded will remain.

Getting your video files onto your iPhone

As you are probably aware, you cannot just copy MP3 and MP4 files to your iPhone using the logical drive letter of the iPhone under Windows.
You must use Apple iTunes, which is freely available from the website http://www.apple.com/itunes/

Once you have downloaded and installed Apple iTunes you may start the procedure below to get your Video or Audio files onto your iPhone.

If you have iTunes Integration enabled, then you may skip the section, where you copy the files from Windows Explorer into the iTunes Library as this will have already been done for you.

iTunes v7.3+

1. Start Apple iTunes

After a few seconds, iTunes should automatically detect your iPhone and show it on the left hand side under the Source list heading. In the example below, the iPhone
has been detected and it has a name of 'iPhone'

2. Copying your iPhone video files to your iPhone using iTunes

The iPhone can only operate in an automatic sync mode, you must ensure the following options are turned on in iTunes (circled in Green)
