Well I am currently running Windows Vista Ultimate 64 bit version and my iTunes does not work with my iPhone. It keeps on saying that the software is not installed and to please reinstall it. However it works fine when I load up my Windows XP hard drive on the same computer. Anyone have any suggestions?

Daquan -

There's a definite issue w/ iTunes and XP64, but I'm not aware of any w/ Vista. We'll look into it, though.

My machine is running Vista (came preinstalled from work) and it's working fine w/ iTunes+iPhone.

Not sure what version it is though ... I'll check w/ the IT guys at work and find out.

Ah, it's the 64 bit version.

Yes, Daquan, to my knowledge there isn't a version of iTunes that works properly with 64 bit XP or Vista.
