Do you have the current iPhone? If you're an existing customer you're automatically eligible for the upgrade.

No one is going to be able to answer this for you. This was kept under wraps for the first iPhone release as well.

However, keep in mind, that all of us that stood in line for hours waiting for the first one (myself included) ended up looking like dicks when people were waltzing in to Apple and AT&T stores at 10pm that night and all day the following day buying iPhones from the plentiful inventories stores had.

You need to return your phone. It is defective.

I've not heard of this before and can't seem to find anyone else who has either.

Do you have download album art enabled in your preferences? The normal iTunes default is not to download, you have to enable it.

I think Bitdefender and F-Secure are working on solutions, but nothing has been released yet.

You aren't getting album covers for anything or for certain albums/artists?

What firmware are you running? Customize behaves strangely on some versions of firmware.... letting us know which you are on may allow us to better help you.

Did you add the new source? If you don't edit your sources you won't be able to see the application.

If you're running Windows and are using iTunes to sync your phone - these should automatically synced to your Outlook address book as long as you have contact syncing enabled.
