Apple Releases iTunes 7.4.2, Breaks Free Ringtones Again

Apple released iTunes 7.4.2 earlier today, officially geared towards addressing an "issue with creating ringtones using iTunes Plus song purchases and includes bug fixes to improve stability and performance," according to Apple's release notes. For many users, however, the update seems to have made matters worse.

Everyone expects the first iPhone to be sold in Europe this Tuesday, September 18th, at the Apple press conference being held at London's Regent Street Apple Store. There have also been rumors that the iPhone will be released in Germany on November 12th. The latest in Euro-iPhone news suggests that the iPhone may be available in France as of November 29th, but perhaps not exactly how our neighbors across the sea had hoped.

Pricing and Release Info for V-Moda Vibe Duo Control

A few weeks ago, iPhoneFAQ revealed that V-Moda was going to be releasing a new model in their Vibe lineup of earbuds called the Vibe Duo Control. The new model is essentially an updated version of the iPhone-geared Vibe Duo, with the eagerly awaited addition of a button that provides control of the phone and iPod functionalities of the iPhone.
