Can I slide to unlock iOS 10?

No. Slide to unlock has been replaced with "Press home to unlock" in iOS 10.

Pressing the home button will immediately unlock the iPhone if Touch ID is configured. If passcode lock is enabled, the passcode entry keypad will appear instead. The passcode lock keypad will also appear on older devices not equipped with Touch ID.
