How can I take a screenshot on the iPhone?

Apple added the capability to capture a screenshot with iPhone OS 2.0. To take a photo of whatever is currently on the iPhone screen:

Press the home and sleep buttons simultaneously.

Click here for instructions on the iPhone X and later (no home button).

The screen will flash white and the shutter release sound will be heard (if the iPhone isn't in silent mode). The screenshot will be added to the camera roll.

How do I copy pictures and videos from my iPhone to a PC (no iPhoto)?

Copying photos from your iPhone to a PC is a different process than using a Mac. Most Mac users simply use built-in iPhoto software to move videos and pictures to the computer.

First plug your iPhone into the PC using the USB cable.

For Windows XP:

1. Navigate to Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> Scanner and Camera Wizard.
2. When the Select Device window appears choose Apple iPhone and hit OK.
3. Click Next to use the wizard. If you'd rather copy photos manually using Windows Explorer then choose "advanced users only."

Can I send a photo to Flickr from my iPhone?

Absolutely. Sharing your iPhone photos on Flickr is easy.

UPDATE: Here are instructions on how to upload photos directly to Flickr using iOS 7:

1. Install the free Flickr app from the App Store
2. Navigate to Settings -> Flickr and login to your Flickr account
3. Open the Photos app -> Camera Roll or select an Album
4. Select the photo or photos you wish to share on Flickr and tap the share button in the lower left corner
5. Swipe left on the pop-up menu if necessary to find the Flickr icon
6. Tap the Flickr icon to post the images to Flickr

Flickr provides an email upload function that allows to you send photos to your Flickr account using email. Assuming you already know how to email a photo from your iPhone, the rest is very simple.

After logging into your Flickr account, click on the following link or copy/paste it into your browser:

http://www.flickr.com/account/uploadbyemail/

The resulting screen will generate an email alias for your Flickr account and provide you some brief instructions on how to send to your phone. You can set up default tags that Flickr will always use to tag your images that come in via email. For instance, set your emailed photos up to always be tagged with "iPhone".

Can I email more than one photo at a time?

UPDATE: To email multiple photos with iOS 7 follow these instructions:

1. Open the Photos app -> Camera Roll or select an Album
2. Tap Select in the upper right corner
3. Choose up to 5 photos for emailing. Selected photos display a blue check mark
4. Tap the share button in the lower left corner
5. Choose Mail from the pop-up menu to email your photos

Unfortunately, for now, you can't.

The current version of firmware on the Apple iPhone provides no method of emailing more than one photo at a time.
