How to Customize Your Lock Screen with CustomLS Jailbreak Tweak

Although there have been several jailbreak tweaks that allow you to modify your iOS 7 lock screen, developer Dylan Kelly has delivered the most comprehensive one to date. CustomLS lets you hide the various items found on the lock screen and change the "slide to unlock" text. You can download this jailbreak tweak for free from Cydia's BigBoss repository.

There were a lot of well received games released to the Apple App Store this week, but not a lot of free titles. If you are only looking for free games, you can still grab Super Stickman Golf 2 and Pac-Man for free for a limited time. New Apple App Store Apps

Here's a quick look at some of the new games and apps released to the Apple App Store this week (01/05/14 to 01/11/14).

App of the Week: Quora - The App That Answers All Your Questions

Quora is not only a questions and answers app, but it also feeds your social media addiction. The original service was created by two former Facebook employees, Adam D'Angelo and Charlie Cheever, in 2010. The app allows users to upvote or downvote answers to questions, suggest edits to answers and write blog posts and reviews. Users can then share their favorite content with their friends and followers on Twitter, Facebook, text message and email.

Quora

Quora also features a stat system where users can track how well their posts are being received, and it allows Quora members to follow other users they find interesting in the community. It's basically Yahoo Answers and Twitter all rolled into one, but what separates Quora from these other services is that the content is curated by the community. This cuts down on trolling and allows users to avoid a constant feed of inane information.

Super Stickman Golf 2 Free for a Limited Time

The popular Super Stickman Golf 2 is free for a limited time on the Apple App Store. The game is a golf physics title where you must complete various courses to gain experience and upgrade your golfer to advance through 7 different levels. You can also earn in-game money or complete achievements to unlock various power-ups and different golf balls to help improve your skills.

Developer Hamza Sood, who is known for his SiriToggles package, beat Apple to it with the aptly named LiveWeatherIcon tweak. Although it is only a minor detail it is yet another layer of customization that adds depth to the overall user experience.

LiveWeatherIcon

If you are jailbroken and tired of the old, boring, static Weather app icon, you might want to give the LiveWeatherIcon tweak a try. The tweak brings life to the Weather app by animating the icon to reflect the current weather conditions - stormy weather outside translates to a stormy icon and so on. It continuously updates so it
