How do I enable / disable Do Not Disturb While Driving on my iPhone?

Do Not Disturb While Driving

iPhone models with iOS 11 installed can prevent you from being distracted while driving by holding calls, text messages, and notifications until later. Your phone will also automatically notify others that you’re driving and let them know you will get back to them when you reach your destination. You can enable this feature three ways: Automatically, When Connected to Bluetooth or Manually. Here's how:

  • Open the Settings app on your device.
  • Navigate to Do Not Disturb and tap the Activate tab. From here you can choose one of the three options: Automatically, When Connected to Car Bluetooth or Manually.

You can add a "Do Not Disturb While Driving" toggle switch to Control Center by following these steps.
