Finding the right tab in Safari can be difficult when many tabs are open. It can be downright impossible if your iOS device is running up against Safari's maximum tab limit. Luckily there is a simple way to search open tabs on the iPhone, right in the Safari app.

The built-in iOS level is a handy way to check if a surface is level using just your iPhone. The level was previously included as part of the Compass app. On devices running iOS 12 and later, the level tool has been moved to the Measure app.

Finding your Uber in crowded situations like after a sporting event can be troublesome especially when it is dark. There are typically many ride share services in the same area making it hard to identify your personal driver. You can use the Uber Beacon to identify your driver and to help the driver identify you in a crowd where many people may also be waiting for rides. To activate your Beacon, tap the Uber logo in the lower right hand corner of the app after your ride has been selected. You can then use the color selector to choose a color to be displayed in your driver's window. After your preferred color is selected hold up your device when your driver is near. Your phone will display your color and help your driver identify you.

It's been called video game "heroin" that has landed some children in rehab. Parents may be losing the battle against Fortnite addiction, but that doesn't mean they need to be on the hook for costly in-app purchases. The post-apocalyptic shooter includes in-game currency called V-Bucks. This currency can be purchased with real-world money to spend on customization items within the game. Even though Fortnite is fee to play, the game's developer, Epic, has reportedly raked in over $1 billion in sales across all platforms in 2018, according to an analysis by Super Data. This means a lot of people, including children, are spending big money on outfits, gliders, pickaxes and dance moves for their Fortnite characters. Luckily Apple has been down this road before and has included a way for parents to disable in-app purchases on iOS devices. Here's how:

Netflix is featuring the latest in the Black Mirror saga with a film named Bandersnatch. Much like the well-known Netflix hit Stranger Things, this episode takes place in the 80s. The difference is that Bandersnatch is an interactive experience.
