iPhones and iPads these days have quite a bit of storage, so you may have plenty of room to save documents on your device rather than spending money to upgrade your iCloud storage to the next tier. To do this you will want to set your internet downloads to automatically save locally, which is easy to do with Safari's new download manager and you will want to make sure you save email attachments locally. Also, anything you have stored in iCloud you can always move to a local folder in the Files app.

There are a lot of cute tricks used on TikTok to get users to "like" a video. TikTok users can tap the heart icon on any video uploaded to the app. This acts as a voting system for users to support their favorite content. "Likes" drive a popular video to the "For You" page, which serves as the main page for the music sharing app. Videos on the "For You"page are more likely to be seen by people outside of the user's fanbase. The more "likes" a video receives the more popular that video becomes.

Most everyone is familiar with the subject line in emails. Not only does the subject provide context for the email thread, but sometimes the subject line itself is the entire message. Did you know that text messages and iMessages have a built-in subject line? On Apple devices, this feature is normally switched off.

AirDrop can be incredibly convenient for transferring images and other content between Apple devices. The feature can also be annoying. Receiving an unsolicited AirDrop request from a complete stranger can feel like an invasion of privacy. Especially if the pop-up content preview is NSFW.
