Can I use Auto HDR mode on the iPhone 5 / 5c camera?

Currently the Auto HDR function is limited to the iPhone 5s. This means that even if owners of earlier iPhone hardware upgrade to iOS 7.1, the Auto HDR feature will not be activated.

Without the iPhone 5s, options for shooting HDR photos are limited to a manual toggle ON and OFF.
