How much does AppleCare+ coverage cost for iPhone XS / XS Max?

iPhone XS and XS Max owners can purchase accident protection directly from Apple. AppleCare+ covers up to two incidents over a two-year period of coverage. Apple also offers AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss, which can replace a missing iPhone.
