The iPhone 14 does not ship with a charging brick/wall charger (20W USB-C Power Adapter). It does ship with USB Type-C to Lightning cable. This is the wire that connects your device to the charging port. You'll need to purchase your own wall charger if you do not already own one. It is recommended that you buy an MFi (made for iPhone) certified charger when buying a third-party option. You can by an official 20W USB-C Power Adapter for your iPhone through apple.com for around $20.
Apple stopped including accessories, such as EarPods, with its iOS devices in 2020 with the launch of the iPhone 12. All accessories are sold separately through apple.com.
