Apple officially released iOS 9 on Wednesday, September 16. The update promises to make your iPhone "more intelligent and proactive" and add new multitasking features to the iPad, according to the release notes. Unfortunately some have not been able to download the new firmware and are instead receiving an error message that reads, "Software Update Failed."

Accessory maker Zagg has released its newest screen protector for the iPhone 6s and 6s Plus. The glass luxe promises to offer edge-to-edge protection and prevent chips thanks to its polycarbonate border that matches the color of your iPhone (except rose gold). The screen protector is made from a premium tempered glass that easily attaches itself to your iPhone display via an adhesive.

Apple CEO Tim Cook made a rare television appearance last night on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert. In the nearly 10-minute long interview Cook demonstrated the new features on the unreleased iPhone 6s. Stephen Colbert showed off his slapstick comedy chops while using Live Photo before asking about Apple's rumored driverless car, but Cook did not disclose any details.

Before making an unannounced stop at the Fifth Avenue Apple Store in New York City, Tim Cook spent "20 minutes" with John Paczkowski of BuzzFeed. The Apple CEO discussed several topics including privacy concerns over Siri, his favorite iPhone 6s features and being able to delete stock Apple apps from iOS devices.

Apple finally announced its fourth-generation Apple TV during its iPhone 6s keynote on Wednesday. The new set top box is joining Apple's iOS devices in getting its own App Store, which means Apple TV owners will be able to download third-party apps such as " At Bat for Apple TV" and games. The new Apple TV remote will feature a built-in accelerometer and gyroscope plus trackpad for playing titles such as Manticore Rising, Rayman Adventures and more. Apple also previewed the Nimbus Steelseries Controller as an Apple TV accessory on its Apple TV product page.
