Apple released iOS 8.4 and its new music streaming service on Tuesday. Apple Music has been met with mixed reviews, and much confusion. Apple is forcing users to pick a monthly subscription plan before they can access the music service for free. iOS users must pick a $10 or $14 monthly plan, then disable the automatic renewal option in their Settings if they don't want to be charge in 3-months when their free trial ends. Lifetime has always been known for its over-the-top made for TV movies, but recently the basic cable channel has been hitting a lot of home runs. Not only is Lifetime giving the king of B-movies, the Syfy network, a run for its money by releasing internet fodder such as The Choking Game, but it has also found ratings success with its adaptations of V.C. Those with jailbroken devices can now update to iOS 8.4 without losing their tweaks and customizations.

Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) made news this week on several fronts, including a change to the royalty structure in its upcoming Apple Music service. Apple SVP of Internet Software and Services Eddy Cue stated that Apple would pay artists 0.2 cents per song during the 3-month free trial. While AAPL peaked mid-week at $129.70 after news of the change, the stock closed at $126.79 on Friday. This means AAPL longs were down 70 cents per share from Monday's open.
