The first, full public version of iOS 10 and watchOS 3 will be released on September 13, 2016. Both operating systems have been in beta testing since mid-June after being introduced at WWDC on June 13. The seventh iOS 10 beta is is the last available public beta before the final release.
iOS 10 includes a variety of message improvements, a new Siri-SDK for third-party developers, the ability to removed stock apps and more. It is supported by the sixth-generation iPod touch, iPhone 5 and later, iPad mini 2 - 4, iPad 4, iPad Air 1 - 2 and iPad Pro (9.7- and 12.9-inch).
