MOGA Rebel Controller will Support the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus

The MOGA Rebel MFi controller is releasing just a few days before the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus on September 17th. The good news is that it's extendable clip (or MOGA S.M.R.T. Lock), which holds the iPhone, extends to 3.75 inches, meaning users will be able to attach the 3.07-inch iPhone 6 Plus to the controller.

The MOGA Rebel connects to the iPad (4th generation and above) and the iPhone/iPod Touch (5th generation and above) via Bluetooth. Obviously the MOGA S.M.R.T. Lock will not work with anything larger than an iPhone 6 Plus, but any basic iPad stand will work for use with all of Apple's tablets. The controller features an Xbox-like design with shoulder buttons and triggers, a D-pad and two analog sticks. It is also supports "hundreds" of games, according to MOGA.

Order Your iPhone 6 or iPhone 6 Plus Case Now

iOS users who plan to upgrade to the iPhone 6 or iPhone 6 Plus are going to need to invest in a new case due to the phones' larger design. Luckily a few trusted accessory makers have iPhone fans covered and are already accepting orders for next-generation cases.

iPhone 6 Cases

OtterBox's full line of iPhone cases are now available for both the 4.7-inch iPhone 6 and 5.5-inch iPhone 6 Plus. This includes OtterBox's popular Defender Series, Symmetry Series, Commutter Series and Alpha Glass screen protector. All the cases are available in a variety of colors and patterns, like Realtree Camo, and start at $39. Not all of the designs are available at this time, but the ones that are available will ship before the iPhone 6 is launched on September 19th.

Everything You Need to Know About the Apple Watch

Now that the dust has settled from Apple's latest product announcement lets look at the company's newest addition, the Apple Watch. If you were busy on Tuesday and rather watch the keynote yourself, you can watch the entire video here.

The biggest question about Apple's new wearable device is if it is worth buying. The Apple Watch is going to be released in several versions or collections starting at $349 in early 2015. This is good news for Apple fans who wanted to buy an iPhone 6 and Apple Watch because it gives you time to save some money between product launches. The iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus will be available on September 19 starting at $199.

Specs

The Apple Watch will be available in two sizes, small (38mm) and large (42mm). It is equipped with a Digital Crown that will act as the device's Home button, a sapphire display, a water-resistant speaker and four sensors on the back for the heart-rate monitor and accelerometer. The Apple Watch supports Siri for voice commands and it includes a Glance feature for quickly checking weather updates and other information. You will also be able to check notifications by simply lifting your wrist and control music on your iPhone.

iPhone 5s Drops to $99, iPhone 5c Now Free On Contract and iPod classic Bites the Dust

As with every other product refresh Apple has discounted its older generation devices. Apple did not discontinue the iPhone 5c like some reports claimed they would, but the iPod classic did disappear from Apple's iPod page. The iPod classic was the oldest device on Apple's roster, up until now. The iPhone 5s has been replaced with the iPhone 6 as Apple's $199 smartphone and is now only $99. The iPhone 5c takes the place of the iPhone 4s as the lowest device on the totem pole and is now free.

iPhone Family

The price drops are not that drastic since Walmart was offering the iPhone 5c for $0.97 and the iPhone 5s for $79 before Apple announced the iPhone 6. Both Apple and Walmart's lower prices require a new two-year contract.
