The iPhone SE launch on March 31, 2016 will take place in 12 markets:

Canada
China
France
Germany
Hong Kong
Japan
New Zealand
Puerto Rico
Singapore
United Kingdom
United States

By the end of May 2016 Apple plans to make the iPhone SE available in a total of 110 countries around the globe.
