Yes. If you are an existing Verizon Wireless customer, you can redeem your New Every Two credit towards the purchase of an iPhone 4. You must be enrolled in the program and eligible for an upgrade. The iPhone 4 may not be available at some agent locations.

Verizon has announced that the New Every Two program will be ended on January 16, 2011. This means that existing customers who aren't already participating in the program can't sign up after this date. New Verizon customers will not be able to join the program, either.

Existing Verizon Wireless customers can pre-order the Apple iPhone 4 starting on Thursday February 3, 2011 at 3:00 AM EST. Subsidized prices with a two-year service agreement are $199 for the iPhone 4 16GB and $299 for the 32GB model.

New customers can order the Verizon iPhone online starting on February 9, 2011 at 3:01 AM EST.

The iPhone 4 will be available in Verizon, Apple and select Best Buy stores for everyone starting on Thursday February 10, 2011 at 7:00 AM.

UPDATE: Verizon Wireless and Apple will launch the CDMA iPhone 4 on February 10, 2011 at 7:00AM EST in stores. The Verizon iPhone can be ordered online starting on February 9, 2011 at 3:01AM EST.
