How do I block someone from following me on Vine?

You can stop someone from viewing your profile on Vine, but you can't block a user from viewing your videos and commenting when they're viewed through searches or hash tags. To block a user, navigate to the profile you want to block, tap the three dots at the top of the menu bar, and select "Block this person."

Update: You can now make your videos private on Vine.
