Now that the iPhone and iPad support third-party widgets, iOS fans can easily add a Google search bar directly to their home screen.
The Google Search widget makes it possible to quickly enter a search term, use voice search, or snap a photo for image search without opening an app.
Follow these steps to get a Google search bar on your iPhone home screen:
The photo widget in iOS 14 displays a photo it believes you will want to feature on your Home screen or Widgets screen. The iOS 14 recognition algorithm determines the best photo to use from the For You section of your Photos app. As of right now, there is no way to add a photo to your Featured Photo on the Widgets screen. You can delete photos from the For You section if you do not want them displayed on your iPhone. Here's how:
Update: The Videos app was replaced by the Apple TV app in 2017. At this time there is no widget for the Apple TV app. If you're currently running iOS 14 or later there is no way to replace Videos on your Widgets screen.

In the first major UI update since folders were introduced, iOS 14 lets you personalize your Home Screen with widgets of varying size. Obviously you can't fit every widget on your Home Screen so you have the option of adding a "Smart Stack," which is group of widgets that you can scroll through, stacked into one widget sized area. While you can remove widgets from the Smart Stack, you can't add any as it currently stands, though hopefully this will be fixed by the the time of the official release.
