iPhone wins most influential gadget of all time

The original Apple iPhone was named the "most influential gadget of all time" this week, topping a list of 50 gadgets curated by Time magazine. The iPhone was one of several Apple products to make the top 50, including the iPod, iBook laptop, iPad and the Macintosh computer. In fact, the Macintosh ranked number 3, right behind the Sony Trinitron television and ahead of the Sony Walkman.

According to recent leaks, the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus will feature slightly larger battery capacities than the current iPhone lineup. While this could mean longer battery life, there's a more exciting change in the pipeline. A few weeks ago, photos of an iPhone 7 Smart Connector surfaced. The Smart Connector made its debut on the iPad Pro, ostensibly to connect Apple's Smart Keyboard.

Players can also earn faction-specific Shards, daily prizes, Milestone Rewards and compete for Rank Rewards.

AMC Networks released its official tvOS app for the fourth-generation Apple TV on the App Store. As is the case with many networks, the app is free to download but some content requires TV provider login for streaming access.
