Astro Golf follows Orbit, the Robot and with his friend, Tess, as they attempt to golf their way out of an abandoned cargo ship. The game features fifty holes of futuristic mini golf with Sci-Fi themed traps, 3D art and a continuing storyline.

iOS App of the Week: NASCAR Manager

In celebration of NASCAR 2014 ETX Racing has released NASCAR Manager for iOS, Android and Amazon devices. The free-to-play racing game is an officially licensed NASCAR title that challenges fans to maintain their vehicle, team and tactics on the road to the Sprint Cup Championship.

NASCAR Manager is a strategy game that allows players to unlock sponsorships from real life manufacturers such as Chevrolet, Toyota and Ford, and it offers the ability to customize your own vehicle so you can get an edge on the competition. The game features two game modes (Career and Season mode) and the ability to participate in Speedweek Challenges. The game also includes HD graphics, an easy to navigate interface, and official drivers, tracks and cars.

Is Apple the New Microsoft?: Barclays Downgrades Apple

Apple (NASDAQ: AAPL) stock took a slight dip Thursday morning following news that the tech giant had been downgraded by investment firm Barclays from "Overweight" to "Equalweight." This basically means stop buying, because there isn't enough room left to expect the kind of spectacular growth that Apple has experienced in recent years.

According to AppleInsider, Barclays analyst Ben Reitzes wrote in a note to investors: "Frankly, we just couldn't quite bring ourselves to use smart watches or TVs as reasons to raise numbers — nor were we fully convinced that these products could move the needle

T-Mobile Offers $250 to BlackBerry Users Who Upgrade Their Device

T-Mobile CEO John Legere recently created a social media storm after his company sent out emails urging BlackBerry users to switch to the iPhone 5s. The backlash caused BB CEO John Chen to pen a blog post condemning Legere for not speaking to him before launching a "clearly inappropriate and ill-conceived marketing promotion." How did T-Mobile respond? By offering BlackBerry users $250 if they trade-in their current device for a new model:

These offers will be available for a limited time.

All iPhone Models $50 Off at Best Buy

Starting Sunday, February 16, through Saturday, February 22, Best Buy will be discounting all iPhone models by $50. This means Best Buy shoppers will be able to nab an iPhone 5 for free, an iPhone 5c for $50 or the iPhone 5s for only $150, when they sign up for a new two-year agreement. The sale also includes all three major carriers AT&T, Sprint, or Verizon Wireless.

Customers can also receive a $50 gift card if they they reserve an iPhone at a Best Buy retail location, Best Buy Mobile specialty store or at BestBuy.com before February 15th.
