Apple launched a new subscription service today, providing access to over 300 magazines from the Apple News app. Starting a premium subscription to Apple News+ happens from directly within Apple News, alongside free content. Like other Apple services, News+ delivers expert curated content that is personalized, private and secure.

iOS App of the Week: App Store Recap

A virus has infected most of earth's population and General "Vaccinez" has formed a squad of "Cure Hunters" to set out to find an antidote. You play as "Dr. Dellton" who has been ordered to clear an infected area. This roguelite platform title features simple onscreen controls with one button, fast-paced shooting. You can collect a variety of characters with unique guns as you blast fun looking pixel art aliens.

Yes, Angry Birds is still and thing and a VR version is coming to iOS this spring, according to TechCrunch. Angry Birds: Isle of Pigs has had a long path the iPhone originally launching for the Magic Leap One, then landing on Steam for the HTC Vive and Oculus Rift.
