Niantic announced today that it will hold a Pokémon GO Eggstravaganza over Easter weekend and Spring break. Starting today at 1:00 P.M. PDT a greater variety of select Pokémon will be available in the wild. Trainers will also earn more Candy for every Egg they hatch and level up even faster with double XP. In addition to all the extra bonuses, Lucky Eggs will be 50% off in-game shops allowing players to potentially earn up to four times as much XP throughout the event.

Periscope has offered live 360-degree broadcasting capabilities for some time. Now the streaming video company is rolling out panoramic video broadcasting support to iOS users. This means anyone with an iPhone, iPad or iPod touch can create videos with a "LIVE 360" label, using a panoramic camera such as the Insta360 Nano.

Apple has officially released its new video creation app to the App Store. Clips is a Snapchat-like tool that allows users to quickly create videos to share on social media. iPhone and iPad users can use Clips to record live video within the app or import media from their photo library. The app ncludes several built-in features for adding effect such as animated text, graphics, emoji, music, and more. Users can then easily share their videos on Facebook or Instagram, or send them directly with family or friends.

iOS 10.3 randomly reenabling some iCloud services

On Tuesday Apple sent an email to a small number of iCloud users warning them about a potential iCloud bug in iOS 10.3. The email published by MacRumors, warns that some iCloud services previously disabled by users may have been "inadvertently reenabled." Apple suggests iPhone and iPad owners who have upgdraded to iOS 10.3 check their iCloud settings to make sure they have not been altered.
