SteelSeries announced today the first iOS 7 wireless controller for all mobile Apple devices. Unlike the previously released MFi controllers, which only support the iPhone, the SteelSeries Stratus is compatible with the iPad, iPhone and iPod. The wireless controller connects to iOS devices via Bluetooth 2.1 instead of attaching itself to a Lightning connector.

The Stratus is specifically designed for console-style gameplay and can even be used with an HD TV via AppleTV using AirPlay Mirroring.

“The Stratus Wireless Controller, the first wireless gamepad controller ever to be supported in iOS 7, forever alters the mobile gaming landscape,” said Bruce Hawver, SteelSeries CEO. “With Stratus, gamers have easy and direct access to a growing roster of great games on iPad that were intended for an immersive, controller-enabled experience."

Apple has include a host of Springboard settings in iOS 7 that are not accesible to the un-jailbroken user. If you want to enable these hidden settings and start customizing your iOS device, you'll need the new free jailbreak tweak HiddenSettings7, from develper deVbug. You can find the tweak in Cydia's BigBoss repository.

Fox Sports has announced that it will be live-streaming Super Bowl XLVIII and all of the NFC playoff games online, though according to Variety, only the Super Bowl will be available for free. iOS users will be able to stream the game with the FOX Sports GO app.

Coverage of Super Bowl XLVIII, which is being played at Met Life Stadium in East Rutherford, NJ, will begin at 6:30 PM EST on Sunday February 2nd. The broadcast will include the half time show featuring Bruno Mars, and will be freely available at

Yahoo Sports version 5.0 now features a GIF creation tool for sports fans. Users can create their own animated GIFs or "Yahoo Loops" by adding their own captions, effects and comments to memorable sports moments. The Loops can then be shared with family, friends or other sports fans via Tumblr, Facebook, Twitter, text and email.

Yahoo Sports version 5.0 also brings a new "clean" iOS 7 redesign, new team / player pages, a new football scores, plus more. Yahoo Sports is free to download for all iOS devices running iOS 7 or later, but the new Loop feature is only available on the iPhone.
