SIM-free and Unlocked iPhone 5s Lands at Apple Store

Apple is now offering an unlocked and SIM-free iPhone 5s model through its online store. The GSM handset is available in all iPhone 5s colors (space gray/gold/silver) and at 16GB, 32GB and 64GB storage capacities.

You can nab the 16GB version at the unsubsidized price of $649, the 32GB model for $749, and the 64GB model at $849. There is also a T-Mobile version which ships with a T-Mobile SIM card. The T-Mobile model is shipping in 3-5 business days, and the other models are shipping in 1-2 weeks.

DrawQuest Now Available for the iPhone and iPod touch

4chan founder Moot's DrawQuest app is now available for the iPhone and iPod touch. The drawing app was originally only released for the iPad, but now all iOS users can enjoy its free daily drawing challenges.

The app has also received a few new features including the ability to zoom in on your canvas, the option to create your own quests, and a new "Patty the Paint Can" brush.

Logitech PowerShell iOS 7 Game Controller Now Available

After several rumors and leaks of the Logitech iOS 7 gaming controller, the company has officially released its PowerShell accessory. The controller case is packed with features including an integrated 1500 mAh battery that charges your device. The iPhone 5, iPhone 5s and 5th generation iPod touch can be inserted directly into the PowerShell Lightning connector.

The announcement comes hot on the heels of the Moga Ace Power Gamepad launch, a competitor to the PowerShell and the first iOS 7 controller to become reality. Both units are retailing for $100 this holiday season, and work with any apps designed to support physical controllers running on iOS 7. Besides charging capabilities, the use of a Lightning connector instead of Bluetooth should enhance playability.

ESPN ScoreCenter is now SportsCenter, iOS App Gets a New Look

ESPN has changed the name of its ScoreCenter app to ESPN SportsCenter and has given it a whole new design. Version 4.0.0 now allows users to set up the app so they can quickly receive up to the date information about their favorite teams and get personalized content sent directly to their in-app inbox. The app also now features real-time scores and social updates from ESPN NOW.

Users can stay plugged in with the apps deep Twitter integration which gives users access to tweets from all of ESPN's sports commentators, and they can choose from dozens of notification options to personalize their experience. The app also includes the usual video highlights and social sharing options.

HBO Go Adds Chromecast Support for iOS and Android Devices

HBO Go has joined the growing list of streaming properties available for Google's Chromecast. Users can now stream HBO content from their iOS or Android devices and web browsers. iOS users need to download the HBO Go app or upgrade to version 2.4.0 to start "casting" their favorite HBO shows or movies from their iPhone or iPad.

Chromecast allows users to stream content from all the important streaming services, like Hulu Plus, YouTube and Netflix, to their HDTV. The addition of HBO Go plus Chromecast's affordable price tag makes the streaming device a pretty tempting buy.
