There are several new Apple products to look forward to in the new year. Apple has teased fans of its technology with three upcoming devices that are slated for arrival in stores any day now. While an updated iPhone lineup is sure to be released in the fall, here are the top three Apple products set to launch during the first half of 2018.

Apple promised to lower battery replacements from $79 to $29 after issuing an apology for slowing down older iPhone models. The iPhone maker originally said the start of the lower-priced battery replacements would begin in late January, but it has since removed that date from its website, and iPhone owners can take advantage of the reduced price starting today.

Apple dominates new mobile device activations

The week leading up to Christmas was a big one for Apple, with the company taking the global lead in new device activations. According to Flurry Analytics, 44 percent of new phone and tablet activations from December 19th to the 25th were Apple devices this year. Samsung took the second place slot with 26 percent of activations that week.

Anyone looking to purchase an iPhone X shortly after the holidays is in luck. Currently, the device is widely available in Apple retail stores across the United States. iPhone X delivery times on the Apple website have decreased to next day or two-day shipping in most areas. As some analysts have noted, the simple reason is that supply has caught up with demand.
