It's always disappointing when a new game based on your favorite television show is announced and it is revealed to be a match 3 title. Match 3 games can be tedious if not done correctly, and they tend to be a lazy way for some developers to make a quick buck. I'm not going to claim Jam City isn't guilty of cashing in on the Family Guy name with another uninspired match 3 title, but I do have to admit that I play it a lot.

Another Freakin' Mobile Game is a bit like Look Who's Talking... Yes, the 1989 Kirstie Alley and John Travolta movie starring a talking baby. On paper the game and movie both seem like horrible ideas, but I keep finding myself drawn to each of them.

Telltale Games has been around since 2004, but they didn't become a household name until 2011 when they released Walking Dead: The Game. The App Store title based on Robert Kirkman’s award-winning comic book series also helped Telltale release other apps based on popular properties such as Game of Thrones and Batman. Now six years later the title that put the studio on the map, and a few other Telltale games, are available at various discounted prices on the Apple App Store.

The first episodes of both Season 1 and Season 2 of the Walking Dead mobile game are currently available for free. Telltale is also offering season passes for both titles at $4.99 and $6.99, respectively. Apple is set to expand the functionality of AirPods with the upcoming release of iOS 11. The update builds on a string of firmware updates that have been rolled out to Apple's wireless headphones since their initial release.
