Some of the best jailbreak tweaks are the most straightforward, and DarkCC fits the bill. The package has one function, which is to mellow the brightness of the Control Center. For those looking to darken this part of iOS, DarkCC imparts a new look to the Control Center without using WinterBoard or any other complications.
Once installed, the settings include only a simple toggle to enable or disable the tweak. Once nice feature of DarkCC is that no respring is required for the tweak to take effect. In fact, DarkCC even comes with a Flipswitch toggle. This means the Control Center brightness can be changed directly from the Control Center itself!
