As the world settles into an indefinite period of "social distancing" in which we keep our distance from others in order to stem the spread of coronavirus / COVID-19, grocery delivery services are looking like not only convenient way to shop, but a safe one as well. If you are a Whole Foods regular and an Amazon Prime subscriber, you'll be pleased to know that you can do your shopping on your iPhone from the safety of your couch and have it delivered to your doorstep, though the service is only available in select cities.

While the Android version of Telegram has supported multiple accounts for some time, the iOS version of hugely popular messaging app just recently followed suit. iPhone users used to have to use a third-party Telegram client like Loopy to access multiple accounts from their device, but this is no longer the case as Telegram has added support for multiple accounts on its iOS app.

If you use Telegram a lot, there are several recent additions that you may find useful - reminders and scheduled messages, which will be discussed here, and the ability to create your own custom themes. Reminders are a simple enough concept - you write a message and the app sends it to you at the time you tell it to. If you use Telegram all the time this could be a useful tool. The ability to schedule messages speaks for itself, you can do it in many email clients, so why not here as well.

iOS inexplicably has several camera filters that aren't found in either the Camera or Photos app, but rather in the Messages app. Yes, there are some cool filters that you can only access when you pull up your camera from within Messages. In addition to the normal filters you have when taking a photo with the camera app or adding filters later on while editing in the Photos app, you will find comic book, ink, watercolor, camcorder and aged film filters in the Messages app.

There are a number of artistic reasons to shoot in black and white - it is still seen by some as photography in its purest form as it eliminates the distraction of color, letting the photographer focus on contrast, form, texture and composition. It can also create a mood and give a sense of timelessness to some photos. Whatever your reason, it is easy to take black and white photos with iPhone.
