Kingdom Rush Vengeance was released on November 21, 2018. The game follows the wizard Vez’nan as he embarks on a journey to get revenge on the King of Linrea, King Denas. Version 1 of the game includes over 50 achievements for players to complete. Below is a list of how to solve the Easter egg achievments, such as locating the T-800 or putting Borney to sleep. Please post your solutions in the comments. All achievements will be tested and added when confirmed.
Kingdom Rush Vengeance
The Frozen Soul in Kingdom Rush Vengeance is one of the most frustrating enemies in the Kingdom Rush franchise. A little ghost like creature that spawns after the death of Frozen Heart, can only be killed in 8 seconds before it is resurrected. They're also unblockable with guards or heros, and it seems like towers do no or very little damage to them. These little nuisances can be found in all the Frozen Nightmare campaigns (Breaking the Ice, Into the Mountains, The Frozen Throne), including the Heroic and Iron challenges.
We typically don't review app updates but I wanted to address the difficulty of the new levels in Kingdom Rush Vengeance. I have played the Kingdom Rush games since the early days when the original was a free flash title. Kingdom Rush and its sequels have always been challenging, but possible to complete without the aid of purchased items. While there is nothing wrong with using items or purchasing additional heroes, it was possible to complete the first few games without having to do so. Vengeance, however, is so difficult it seems impossible to earn all 69 stars and complete the challenge modes without heavily stocking up on items, like Vez'nan's Wrath.
Ironhide has rolled out a second update for Kingdom Rush Vengeance. This time Vez'nan must take on the Winter Queen, who has escaped from her ice prison and is ready to unleash some wintery revenge.
The story goes, "centuries ago, The Queen Soul of Winter, spread the arctic cold all over the world. Until the strongest sorcerers managed to seal her into the ice. So she could never, ever escape."
The best part about the Kingdom Rush franchise is Ironhide Game Studio's constant support of its games. Ironhide is known for rolling out new content and updates for all of their games way after their initial release date, and on Thursday Kingdom Rush Vengeance received its first mini-campaign.
