Good news for fans of Apple and gaming. The Apple TV, iPhone and iPad can be used directly with Xbox One or PlayStation Dualshock 4 controllers. Bluetooth support for both controllers is included with tvOS 13, iOS 13, and iPadOS. Once your device(s) are updated, pairing an existing controller to use for supported apps and games takes place under Settings.

Apple is introducing Dark Mode to its devices with the release of iOS 13. Dark Mode gives your entire operation system and stock apps a dark color scheme. The new feature is great for low light situations and easier on the eyes when reading. It's also allows you not to disturb others when checking your device in low light public situations.

Bitmoji is an expressive cartoon avatar that can be linked to your Snapchat or used as a Sticker in the Apple Messenger app. You can download the Bitmoji app for free from the App Store, then use your device's camera to create an avatar that looks something like you. There is even a Bitmoji keyboard option for iOS, and tons of outfits for you to choose from. Once created, you can then use any of the Stickers from the huge Bitmoji library in most of the popular chat apps, including the payment app Venmo.

The Apple TV app consolidates shows, movies, channels and your media library all in one place. With the Watch Now feature syncing between devices linked by iCloud, resuming a show is quick and easy, no matter where you are. If cellular data connections are spotty, or you need to conserve your data plan, watching content offline may be the answer.

One of the best features of Apple TV Channels is the ability to watch content offline. Your favorite shows and movies can be downloaded and viewed without a cellular data or Wi-Fi connection. The only drawback is that keeping a library of videos on your device takes up storage space.
