Spotify recently announced it has surpassed 100 million paid subscribers. How many of these music listeners know there's a built-in audio equalizer right in the Spotify app? iPhone, iPad and iPod touch owners can choose from a selection of presets for different sound content, or customize audio frequencies manually.

Apple is offering a limited-time promotion through May 10 on funds added to an Apple ID account. Funds pre-loaded onto an Apple ID can be spent on Apple services, content, apps and more. Each Apple account gets one bonus of 10% when adding funds up to $200 before the deal expires this week.

Google has added new options to Google Account settings. While Location History and Web & App Activity can be toggled off completely, now they can be configured to automatically delete after 3 months or 18 months. Google will remove this history from your account on a rolling basis.

Instead of coming with physical volume controls like Apple's EarPods, Apple's AirPods includes a "double tap" feature that invokes Siri for users to play music, skip tracks and answer calls. Anyone who has used Siri knows that the voice assitant can sometimes be unreliable, and this is why you'll probably want to reprogram your AirPods once they're setup.
