After setting the internet ablaze by releasing Pokémon GO to the New Zealand and Australian App Stores, Niantic's augmented reality game has quickly become the number one free download on iTunes, replacing NBA Live Mobile. The game is so popular it has even caused the Northern Territory Police, Fire and Emergency Services in Australia to release this warning on Facebook:

"For those budding Pokemon Trainers out there using Pokemon Go - whilst the Darwin Police Station may feature as a Pokestop, please be advised that you don't actually have to step inside in order to gain the pokeballs."

The first iOS 10 public beta has arrived. Anyone enrolled in the Apple Beta Software Program can now download and install the latest and greatest version of iOS to test out on their devices. The release comes hot on the heels of iOS 10 beta 2, which was recently seeded to developers. Alongside iOS 10, Apple has launched the public beta of macOS Sierra.

IOS games "soft launching" in New Zealand is nothing new. Developers tend to release their games to the New Zealand App Store as a test before launching worldwide.

Based on the most recent rumors and leaks, the concept highlights various new features, chiefly an updated colorway said to be in the works. Apple has released various shades of Space Gray over the years, and according to reports, the iPhone 7 will bring a darker variant that is closer to the Space Black Apple Watch.

The first 4 months of Google Play Music is now free with a new subscription. Google Play Music is a lot like other popular streaming services, such as Spotify. It offers on-demand and commercial free access to 35 million songs for $9.99 per month. Users can listen across all their devices, including their iPod touch, iPhone or iPad. Other features include offline listening, access to podcasts and the ability to upload up to 50,000 of your own tracks.
