The day to update your iPhone is today. iOS 15.5 has dropped with over 30 security patches alongside the usual feature enhancements and bug fixes. With WWDC and iOS 16 beta coming soon, this may be the last version of iOS 15 to launch ahead of the annual event. For anyone running behind on updating their iPhone, now would be a great time to shore up security by installing iOS 15.5. As always, Apple provides the latest operating system to compatible devices at no extra cost.

Over 200 individual parts and tools are now available through Apple's official self service repair portal. Officially known as the Self Service Repair Store, the offerings currently include comprehensive DIY solutions for the iPhone 12, iPhone 13, and iPhone SE (3rd generation). However, iPhone repairs at home are not for the faint at heart.

The world's first Web3 browser has launched on the iPhone, iPad, and other platforms. Opera's Crypto Browser delivers an integrated crypto wallet and easy access to Web3 DApps, with strong privacy and security features. The browser, which can be downloaded free on the App Store, is currently in beta. Opera's partnerships with DApps and metaverse platforms provide a smooth web browsing and Web3 experience like none other.

Hulu fans can now host virtual watch parties on FaceTime thanks to SharePlay support on the iPhone and iPad. The official Hulu app for iOS now delivers shared app experiences via Apple SharePlay, which means multiple people in different locations can watch the same streaming content in sync with each other. All parties in the FaceTime call must be subscribers to Hulu to watch the same show or movie.
