There was a time when the metadata stored with photos on the iPhone was hidden. Only special apps or post-processing made it possible to view or edit the so-called EXIF data on a photo. Besides recording the resolution, file size, lens information, and date of the photo, other data such as the location where the photo was taken can be stored.

Apple launched its Apple Music Voice Plan, a new subscription tier offering Siri-controlled music playback. For $4.99 per month, users get access to a large number of playlists exclusively via Siri. The service is designed so that subscribers can ask for music based on their current mood or activities. Of course, Apple Music subscribers on the individual or family plans can also listen to these curated playlists.

Apple has added more features to the accessibility settings on iPhone and iPad. Now users can customize settings for individual apps. Each app has its own design and functionality, which could mean things are more difficult to use. iOS can be configured to apply custom settings such as larger text or increased contrast to a particular app. Once set, these settings will only affect the chosen app.
Per-app settings can be configured for any number of apps, without changing any settings elsewhere.

This can help boost the conversation in a noisy room, or for those who have trouble hearing.
