Facebook has launched a new camera app for all iOS devices. The app makes sharing and viewing multiple photos easier and quicker. Facebook Camera features a camera shortcut so you can quickly snap pictures, and it allows you to post multiple photos instead of having to post one at a time. You can also add captions and tag your friends and location before you share.

Facebook Camera also makes viewing pictures easier by eliminating status updates in your feed. It's separate from the original Facebook application so you won't lose your normal feed once installed. Version 1.0.1 is available for free in the iTunes App Store. It's compatible with the iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPod touch (4th generation), iPad 2 Wi-Fi, iPad 2 Wi-Fi + 3G, iPad (3rd generation) and iPad Wi-Fi + 4G. It requires iOS 4.3 or later.

Facebook has rolled out an improved design for all iOS and Android devices. Photos are now 3x larger and posts in your News Feed will fill your mobile screen from edge to edge. This makes browsing Facebook on your iPhone much easier since you do not have to spend time waiting for individual photos to load.

The new Facebook design makes reading your News Feed easier, but they still left out the "share" button for iOS devices. It's also reminiscent of Instagram which Facebook acquired for $1 billion. The new larger photos ensure mobile Facebook users will browse their Facebook pages more rapidly instead of waiting for slow connection times.

Now that Instagram has been acquired by Facebook for a cool $1 billion, users are concerned about changes to the service. Even worse, some iPhone owners are concerned that Instagram will soon be inundated by advertisements or modify its privacy policies.

Even though the official statement by CEO Mark Zuckerberg explains that Facebook is "committed to building and growing Instagram independently," this hasn't alleviated everyone's privacy concerns. Luckily for them, there's still time to download all Instagram photos and quit the app forever.

Both Facebook and Dropbox raised eyebrows this week when a security flaw was discovered that could reveal iOS users' personal data. The good news is that both companies are working on a patch to correct the security hole. In addition, the threat of your information actually being stolen is low.

The flaw enables access to personal data only if the malicious person going after your data has physical access to your iPhone or iPad. When it comes to Facebook, the issue revolves around use of a plain text file known as a .plist to store sensitive login information. Copying the file to another iOS device enables access to the victim's account using the Facebook app.

Siri has been receiving lots of attention lately from iPhone 4S owners looking to expand her capabilities. Although Apple has not included support for Siri to update social networking sites such as Facebook and Twitter, you can easily set up your iPhone 4S to make this possible. Siri will then take your commands and upload the message directly to your account. The same trick can even be used to let Siri update Google+ as well.
