Opening multiple tabs in Safari on the iPhone, iPad or iPod touch is easy. iOS stores the tabs until the user is finished with them and closes them out. The process to close a tab in Safari equally simple, however sometimes the wrong tab gets swiped by mistake. What happens if you need a tab you recently closed?

Twitter has been tweaking its service to make it easier for users to express themselves through tweets. In November, the social media site expanded its character limit from 140 to 280. Twitter then added a plus button in December for users to create tweet threads.
A thread allows users to string together several tweets so their users can easily follow along. Previously, Twitter users had to come up with their own creative ways to use threads, such as replying to themselves or numbering their tweets. It is now easier to create a Twitter thread when 280 characters isn't enough to get your point across on the social media site. Here's how:

After months of waiting, Apple TV owners with Amazon Prime subscriptions can now skip AirPlay. The tvOS App Store features Amazon Prime Video, a stand-alone app bringing thousands of movies and TV shows to streaming directly on the Apple TV. Both fourth-generation Apple TV and Apple TV 4K models support the app, which is a free download on the App Store. Support will also be provided for the third-generation Apple TV with no App Store access.

If you are looking to grow your Instagram audience, using hashtags will certainly be a part of your strategy. The hashtag, if you are new to the concept, is basically a tool used to organize and navigate content on social media sites. For example, if you are looking for Instagram posts about skiing, you might search for #skiing, which may lead you to a post about skiing in Vail that may be tagged with #skiing and #skivail, at which point you could narrow down to just posts about Vail by clicking on the #skivail hashtag.

The year 2017 was the year of Qi wireless charging for Apple devices. Much of the buzz surrounding the iPhone 8 and iPhone X revolves around the additions of a built-in charging receiver and glass back. While the simplest way to get Qi charging is to upgrade, iPhone owners may not want to spend the money. Luckily, for those with earlier model iPhones there is a cheap way to try wireless charging with your existing iPhone.
